Recipe-Crunchy Cheddar Chicken

This is some of the best baked chicken I have made in a while. Normally I eat about half my chicken breast because I get tired of it quickly..this time I scarfed down my entire piece.

1 cup cornflakes, crushed
1/4 cup shredded White cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup Ranch

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Combine cornflakes, cheese, salt and pepper into a bowl.

3) Even coat the chicken with ranch and then coat in the cornflake mixture.

Before Baking

4) Place chicken on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and crispy.
