Recipe-Philadelphia Potato Salad

I ripped this out of a magazine at work, can't remember which one though. I typically don't like potatoes salad, but since I liked all the ingredients I decided to give it a try and it was a winner.

3 lbs baby red potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup water

1/4 cup Italian Dressing
1 tub Philadelphia Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Creme
1/4 Shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

1) Place potatoes into a microwaveable dish with the water. Cover and microwave on high 12-15 minutes or until tender. Drain the potatoes

2) Place the potatoes in a large bowl and toss with dressing. Refrigerate for 1 hour

3) Add remaining ingredients and serve.
