Recipe-Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers
I found this in food magazine. We didn't use skewers, instead we used our grill basket.
6 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 lb Large or Jumbo Shrimp
1/2 Pineapple cut into pieces
1) Soak some wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes, if this is what you will be using. The thread the shrimp and pineapple onto the skewers. We just threw our shrimp and pineapple into a grill basket.
2) Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
3) Grill Shrimp and pineapple about 2-3 minutes on each side, brushing sauce mixture onto each side. Serve with extra sauce.
