Carson-20 Months

Little Miss got her hair trimmed this past month. Seems super short now, but I think its mainly due to it getting curlier without the dead weight of her baby hair. Her feet had a growth spurt and I had to bring out all her size 4 shoes.

I still can't believe I'm starting to plan her 2nd birthday party. It seems like time has flown so much faster with her than it did with Hendrix.

I also bought her some panties and hope to potty train her soon. She is starting to get interested in the potty chair. She will sit on it randomly and tell me she is peeing. Curious to find out if she is actually peeing or just saying that since she is always fully dressed when she does this.

Here are some pictures from the past month:

12 Weeks

Finally a light at the end of the 1st trimester tunnel. This time around I haven't had hardly any morning sickness or nausea. I actually forget sometimes that I'm pregnant, which never would of happened with Hendrix or Carson. My main symptom this time around has been super sore boobs and bloat. The bloat this time around has been outrageous. Between the bloat and being slightly heavier(partially due to my miscarriage) than I was before I got pregnant with Hendrix or Carson I feel like I'm a big puff ball. I started wearing maternity clothes this time around about 10 weeks and will soon be into them full time.

It's mind blowing to find out what your having at 11 weeks. We are waiting until our anatomy scan later on though to announce most likely.

Today at the doctor she couldn't get a exact number for the heart rate. The baby was hiding right behind one of my arteries and the doppler kept picking up my heart rate.

Comparison to about 12 weeks with Carson....yea let that sink in.

July 4th Camping at Potato Creek State Park

Thursday Robby took off work so we could get to our campsite at a decent time. The Potato Creek State Park is about 2.5-3 hours away from our house. The campground was super nice and huge!! I think they had almost 300 spots.

Water gun fight.

Our campsite.
These two are obsessed with this truck.

Friday we had planned to go swimming in the lake, but since it wasn't that warm we just hung around our campsite all day. It was seriously the coldest 4th of July ever. I guess I should just be happy we weren't hot and miserable, but it was seriously cold at night!!! Since fireworks are banned inside state parks we went to a local fireworks show that was actually amazing for such a small town.

Fireworks time!!!

Saturday Hubs and his friend headed to the supercross race at Redbud up in Michigan, while I headed to the local mall. I had stopped at walmart to pick up a cheap umbrella stroller since we didn't bring ours only to get to the mall to find out it had no front wheels. Talk about annoying!!!

Our Wolf Pack

So there was two of us in the pack and 2 Months ago, when Mommy introduced us to Baby #3. We thought....wait a second, could it be. And now we know for sure, we just added 1 more baby to our wolf pack. 3 of us wolves running around the house together, in Indianapolis looking for cookies and milk. So tonight, we make a toast!!

Above is how we announced baby #3 to our friends. Pretty funny if I do say so myself.

Here is all my thoughts from the past couple of weeks....

Sunday,  May 18th, 2014

So here we are again...just got a super faint positive at 3 weeks 4 days. I'm still skeptic so I'm going to retest in a few days to see if this really is pregnancy #4.

Monday, May 19th, 2014

Re-tested in the morning and got another faint, but darker positive. For the past 4-5 days I haven't been able to sleep and I usually have no problems sleeping during the day. Plus it was rainy all week making it perfect daytime sleeping conditions. The sleep situation was my first clue something was up.

Top one is from Monday.

Yesterday I called and got blood work scheduled for this morning to get all my hormone levels checked since I miscarried back in March. My HCG came back at 54 mIU/ml and progesterone was only 12 ng/ml. They are starting me on Prometrium (progesterone) 100mg once a day for the rest of my first trimester. They like to see this number above 20 is what the nurse said when they called with the results.

Friday, May 23rd, 2014

Got my blood drawn again to check on how my levels are progressing. My HCG was 201 and progesterone was 21!!  Don't know how much is to contribute to the medicine kicking in or  maybe just I was just having a slow start. We scheduled a ultrasound for exactly 7 weeks, which is only about 2 weeks away so hoping time goes by quick.

5 weeks exactly and first trimester symptoms decided to rear their ugly head. Also I think this one is a boy. The progesterone tablets doesn't make things better because a side effect is drowsiness. So combined with regular pregnancy exhaustion I just want to sleep all the time.

Monday, June 9th, 2014

So I have been trying to keep my mind off of things, which is easier said than done. I've decided I really need to start a dream journal because I have the craziest pregnancy dreams. Only 48 more hours until my ultrasound.

Tuesday, June 10th, 2014

Less than 12 hours until my ultrasound. Work is going to drag by tonight.

Wednesday, June 11th, 2014
5:00am I think I'm miscarrying again. The severe double over in pain cramps have started. I can hardly move.

12:00pm Well didn't miscarry.....yet. I'm still really skeptical. Thankfully the severe cramps only lasted for about an hour and last time they lasted off and on for over a day. So hoping it was just normal cramping. My doctor didn't really have an answer either way. The baby measured right at 7 weeks, which is where I should be and our due date will be January 28th. The heartbeat was 116. We go back in another 3 weeks(at 10 weeks) for another ultrasound. We will also be having the progenity test done at this time due to Robby's family history. Although I know the test mainly focus on genetic abnormalities. Before we just had a high/low risk test done, but I guess this is the new improved version of that test. I should get more information on the actual test at my next appointment. Anyway this one can also tell you gender since it looks at the babies DNA that is floating around in my blood. Also my doctor said I could stop taking my progesterone tablets once I'm 8 weeks next week.

My aunt is kinda psychic and has predicted the genders of both kids correctly thus far. This time around she says I'm having twin boys...so lets hope she's wrong on this one.
8 weeks and already huge!!
Wednesday, June 25th, 2014
Pretty positive I have been feeling the baby move sporadically the last couple of nights. I'm 9 weeks today and I know a couple of other people who have felt movement this early when they have had multiple pregnancies.

Wednesday, July 2nd, 2014
Finally 10 weeks!! My appointment went great and the heart rate was 171. I go back for another appointment in 2 weeks and they took my blood for the progenity test which should be back in 7-10 days. It's crazy to think we could know gender before I'm even 12 weeks!!!
