I have forgotten on more than one occasion how far along I am. Time is flying which is a good thing I guess. I don't really have much to prepare for Queen B since she is basically going to reuse all of Carson's old stuff. I did order her a little headband and swaddle blanket for the hospital so she could have something that was specifically hers. The only other thing I have bought is another set of curtains to match all of Carson's nursery stuff because the girls are going to be sharing a room in our new house and their room has two windows instead of one like Carson's has now. I do need to purchase a new swing and bouncy chair since ours was broken or run down. I'm waiting to get those once we move since theirs no point in moving them if we don't have to.
She weighed in at 7 ounces at my ultrasound today and I was exactly 18 weeks. Her heart rate was 148 and they confirmed the genetic testing was correct and she does in fact have lady parts. As soon as the ultrasound tech put the screen on Hendrix yelled "Is that a shark?" He is obsessed with sharks and even asked us for a pet shark so he thought his wildest dreams were coming true.
