Baylor-17 Months

Baylor is walking about 80% of the time now. She will even stand up in the middle of the floor and just start walking, although she normally takes the easy way out and grabs on to whatever she can. She still doesn't talk very much though, but she seems to be doing things at her own pace. Next month we scheduled an appointment to get her hair trimmed up. We also discovered she can climb up and down our stairs also this month.

Her 10th tooth came in and I think one or two more bottoms ones are about to come through also. Her gums have been looking a little swollen. She is still in size 4 diapers and 12 or 18 month clothing(just because that's what Carson's old summer clothes are) and size 2 shoes.

Here are some pictures from the past month:

She loves her bitty baby and often claims Carson's as hers too.
She is also a stage 5 clinger.

Chowing down on some pizza.

Weekend Recap

Friday morning we all went out to breakfast at the Bread Basket in Danville. Then we hit up Ellis Park for a little bit before Carson and I headed to her dance dress rehearsal. Friday evening Robby and I went to the Melting Pot to celebrate our 8th anniversary. Hendrix got to go to his first birthday party alone also.

He felt so cool going to a party by himself.

Saturday was Carson's Dance recital. She did pretty good for being up on stage for the first time. Everyone gave her a ton of flowers, balloons, and treats. She was eating it up. Afterwards we went to dinner and then put the kids to bed early since they all skipped their naps for the recital.

She is 3rd from the left and kind of hidden.

All of her flowers in one spot.

Sunday we celebrated Father's day by going bike riding at Eagle Creek Park. After naps Robby took the kids to see Finding Dory, while I stayed home with Baylor and tried to get some things done. They all loved it of course.
